Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

• Accompanied by the order confirmation or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@modiclothe.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or card provider).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, accessories and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
